Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Telecommunications BIM Designer to drive Revit BIM content and constructible 3D models across multiple disciplines. You will set up and manage Revit models in coordination with telecom and project leads, delivering clash-free 3D models and 2D drawings.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of Revit experience and strong telecom design knowledge, along with familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Revit design experience.
• At least 2 years of telecommunications systems design and construction industry experience.
• Growing understanding of codes and standards shaping design decisions.
• Growing understanding of design and construction specifications and their function.
• Experience following client design and modeling standards.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam as a markup software.

Responsibilities

• Design documentation and BIM model setup for telecom projects.
• Set up and manage Revit BIM models in coordination with discipline leads.
• Create and coordinate 3D models using Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Produce 2D construction drawings and ensure clash-free models.
