Job summary

Niels Fugal Sons Company, LLC, is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team to lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecommunications systems. You’ll ensure safety protocols and project timelines are met while coordinating with supervision.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, training crew members, communicating with property owners, and safely operating heavy equipment in all weather conditions. Equal opportunity employer adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; relevant work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
