C-2 Utility Contractors, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in Washington. You will lead crews, read blueprints, and ensure safety, quality, and project timelines on underground telecom installations and maintenance.

You\'ll train crew members, coordinate with supervisors, and communicate with property owners. The role requires at least three years of related experience and a valid driver\u2019s license; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone follows safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
