Read blueprints, coordinate with owners, and support the supervisor daily to keep work progressing.

The role demands 3+ years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to OSHA and DOT safety standards, with potential for growth in a hands-on, safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; relevant work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
