Job summary

VCI Construction is seeking a Foreman for the Telecom Underground team in the United States. You will lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecom systems, ensuring safety protocols and project timelines are met.

Responsibilities include supervising crew training, reading blueprints, and coordinating with property owners, OSHA and DOT compliance, and daily supervisory support. Strong foreman experience is preferred, with a valid driver’s license and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least three years of related work experience in foreman roles.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure safety policies, OSHA and DOT compliance.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
