Job summary

Niels Fugal Sons Company seeks a Foreman for its Telecom Underground team in West Jordan, UT. You’ll lead crews, read blueprints, and ensure safety and schedule compliance on underground telecom installations.

You’ll train crew members, coordinate with property owners, operate heavy equipment safely, and uphold OSHA/DOT policies in all weather conditions. This on-site role requires strong leadership and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
