Kanaan Communications, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team to lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecom systems. You’ll ensure project timelines and safety protocols are followed on every site.

You will read blueprints, coordinate day-to-day activities with the supervisor, and speak with property owners to address any work issues. This role requires hands-on leadership in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations are followed.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
