Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC, as a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team, leads crews in installing and maintaining underground telecommunications systems and ensures safety and timelines are met. The role emphasizes training crew members, coordinating with supervisors, and reading blueprints to execute work accurately.

You’ll operate heavy equipment as needed, follow OSHA and DOT regulations, and communicate with property owners to resolve issues while performing in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or GED; related work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience; Foreman experience preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines and safety standards.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities and training.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project documents.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Communicate with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions and other duties as assigned.
