Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Foreman for the Telecom Underground team to lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecom systems. You will ensure safety protocols and project timelines are followed on each site.

Responsibilities include coordinating crew training, reading blueprints, communicating with property owners, and ensuring OSHA/DOT compliance. This on-site role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to work in all weather.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license required
• At least three years of related work experience
• Foreman experience preferred
• Strong ability to read blueprints and follow safety policies

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Assist with crew training and onboarding
• Read and understand blueprints
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT safety policies
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities
• Communicate with property owners to coordinate work and resolve issues
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery
• Work in all weather conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned
