Job summary

TowerMRL/Advanced Tower Services seeks a Telecommunication Tower-Level 1 trainee for nationwide field work. Training precedes deployment, with rotation 2–3 weeks in the field and overtime opportunities. Applicants must pass preemployment screenings and DOT fitness tests.

Role involves climbing towers, extensive travel, and transporting equipment, with a comprehensive benefits package and per diem during overnight assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Must be able to climb towers taller than 500 feet and lift 50+ lbs.
• Must be willing to travel extensively across the U.S. for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and surveys; document conditions with photos and sketches.
• Perform tower inspections and climbs up to 500+ ft as required.
• Organize field data and coordinate with management for job readiness.
• Transport materials and equipment to job sites; ensure safety and compliance.
• Adhere to all safety policies, regulations, and vehicle requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team and management; report progress regularly.
