Job summary

TowerMRL seeks a Telecommunication Tower Technician Level 2 to travel across the United States, perform tower inspections, and participate in training before first deployment. Candidates must be able to climb tall towers and lift 50 lbs, with deployments lasting 2–3 weeks.

New hires undergo pre-employment drug screening, DOT physical, integrity survey, background check, and driver record review. Company provides lodging, per diem, and base pay with overtime and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and computer skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to climb towers and work at height.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections, field testing, photography, and documentation of conditions.
• Climb towers up to 500+ feet for inspections and maintenance.
• Perform repairs, upgrades, and re-fabrication on towers and structures as directed.
• Organize field data and manage delivery of supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
• Extensive travel: 2–3 weeks in the field, with 95% travel out of state including weekends.
