Job summary

Tower MRL Advanced Tower Services seeks a Telecommunication Tower Foreman - Level 2 to supervise field crews and manage tower deployments across the US. The role requires extensive travel, climbing heights, and adherence to safety standards.

Training, certifications, and room for advancement are provided. Expect 2–3 week deployments with backlogged time off, and a competitive hourly wage with potential for higher annual earnings through longer assignments.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively out of state.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and computer skills for field reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage field staff.
• Complete closeout documentation.
• Adhere to Federal, State and Local driving requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain safety procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain company vehicle in clean condition.
• Travel 2–3 weeks in the field, 95% out of state, including weekends.
