Job summary

TowerMRL / Advanced Tower Services seeks a Telecommunication Tower Foreman - Level 2 to lead field crews across the US. You will manage deployments, oversee safety, and perform site investigations while traveling for extended periods.

Requirements include a high school diploma, valid license, and ability to climb towers over 500 feet with heavy lifting. Travel up to 95% is expected, with extensive field training provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to climb towers 500+ feet and lift 50+ lbs.
• Willingness to travel 95% out of state, including overnights.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage field staff and oversee deployments.
• Complete closeout documentation and field surveys.
• Conduct on-site investigations with photos and sketches.
• Inspect towers and perform repairs/upgrades as directed.
• Organize field data and ensure safety compliance.
• Travel 2–3 weeks in the field; overtime opportunities.
