Job summary

TowerMRL Advanced Tower Services is hiring Telecommunication Tower - Level 1 technicians for entry-level roles with extensive travel across the United States. Positions require the ability to climb towers and lift heavy loads, and include training, per diem, and room-for-advancement.

Base locations include Cottage Grove, WI or Albuquerque, NM with deployment timelines of 60–120 days. Compensation includes $22–$28 per hour and potential $65k–$85k annually, plus benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• High School diploma required.
• Ability to climb towers over 500 feet.
• Willingness to travel extensively out of state, including weekends.
• Good analytical and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections and document existing conditions.
• Climb towers (>500 ft) for inspections and maintenance.
• Organize field data and report findings.
• Transport supplies and travel to field sites by company vehicle.
• Adhere to safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Travel 2–3 weeks in the field; 95% out-of-state travel.
