Job summary

TowerMRL/Advanced Tower Services is seeking Telecommunication Tower - Level 1 technicians for entry-level growth and hands-on training across the United States. Positions require relocation to Cottage Grove, WI or Albuquerque, NM within 60–120 days and extensive travel with 2–3 week deployments.

New hires undergo full tower and rescue training before first deployment, with benefits including per diem, hotel rooms, and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and climb towers over 500 ft.
• Ability to travel extensively out of state, including overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and investigations, including surveying, testing, photographing, and sketching.
• Organize field data and maintain documentation of conditions.
• Perform telecommunication tower inspections and climbs as part of projects.
• Carry out repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to towers and structures as directed.
• Transport supplies and equipment via company vehicle; adhere to all driving regulations.
