Tower MRL/Advanced Tower Services is hiring Telecommunication Tower Apprentices to train and grow in a traveling role across the United States. You will learn field skills, perform inspections, and support tower maintenance while working 2–3 weeks in the field per deployment.

Entry-level opportunity with comprehensive training, certifications, and generous travel-related perks. Requires ability to climb tall towers and travel extensively with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.
• Must be able to climb towers >500 ft and lift 50+ lbs.
• Strong safety awareness and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site inspections and field testing.
• Climb towers and perform repairs, maintenance and upgrades as directed.
• Organize field data and travel for 2–3 week deployments.
• Ensure safety procedures and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Travel extensively, including weekends and overnight stays.
