TowerMRL Advanced Tower Services is hiring Telecommunication Tower - Level 1 technicians for an entry level role with extensive US travel. Each deployment typically lasts 2–3 weeks; travel is 95% across states, with training provided before first deployment.

Wage ranges from $24.00 to $30.00 per hour ($65,000–$85,000 annually). Candidates must pass preemployment screenings, have a high school diploma, and be able to lift 50 lbs and climb towers over 500 feet.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; able to obtain DOT medical card.
• Willing to travel extensively across the US and stay for multi-week deployments.
• Comfort with heights and physical requirements (lift 50 lbs, climb >500 ft).
• Preemployment screenings including drug, background, and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and document existing conditions.
• Climb towers and perform repairs or maintenance as directed.
• Organize field data and report findings for projects.
• Travel 2–3 weeks per deployment; 95% out-of-state travel.
