Job summary

Goodwill Corporate Office in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Telecom Administrator to manage and enhance telecom systems and services for GCNA and affiliates. You will plan, install, and supervise telecom equipment installations, provide technical oversight for Cisco solutions, and ensure performance and compliance across multiple sites.

The role requires design and engineering experience with Cisco VoIP ecosystems (CUCM, CUC, CUCX) and solid networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive experience as a Telecom Administrator.
• Design experience with Cisco IOS, Cisco routers, CUBE, SIP Trunks and LAN/WAN communications.
• Engineering experience with Cisco VoIP systems including CUCM, CUC and CUCX.
• Working knowledge of networking technologies, protocols and security (IP addressing, SIP, QoS, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience in mixed vendor environments including video conferencing technologies and systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select telecom hardware and software solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and deliver on expectations.
• Supervise vendors for telecom cabling installations at locations.
• Install and configure telecom equipment per standards.
• Oversee maintenance and updates of telecom systems.
• Provide technical oversight for Cisco Unified Border Elements (CUBE).
• Monitor telecoms for issues and provide resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with availability and performance standards.
• Maintain telecom equipment installation, troubleshooting and testing.
• Develop maintenance and contingency plans and update telecom documentation.
