Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. is seeking a Network / Voice Engineer to support a Cisco-based multi-site infrastructure across 14 locations, including two data centers and ~1,000 users.

This primarily remote role with occasional onsite travel can be based in Dallas, Phoenix, or Las Vegas offices. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of enterprise networking/voice experience, strong Cisco switching skills, and hands-on Webex/CUCM proficiency, with opportunities to grow across network and voice

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience in network and/or voice engineering in an enterprise environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco switching (Catalyst 9300 or similar).
• Hands-on experience supporting and administering Cisco Webex environments, including Webex Control Hub and/or Webex Calling.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise network and voice infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Administer Cisco switching, data center, wireless, firewall, and collaboration platforms.
• Manage and support Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM) and Webex environments.
• Monitor infrastructure health and performance using monitoring tools such as LogicMonitor.
• Create and maintain detailed network documentation and diagrams (Visio).
• Participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, and deployments.
