Job summary

Sunwave Communications in the United States seeks an experienced pre-sales and field-support specialist to help partners and clients optimize wireless networks, perform on-site troubleshooting, and tune performance.

You will collaborate with sales and product teams to tailor regional solutions, support POC trials and deployments, and help create training materials for partners and end-customers. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the telecommunications industry.
• Solid knowledge of wireless tech (GSM/WCDMA/UMTS/HSPA/CDMA/LTE/5G).
• End-to-end understanding of LTE/5G RAN, DAS, core network and IP networking.
• Ability to analyze logs and KPIs and report results clearly.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level pre-sales and after-sales technical support globally, including troubleshooting and testing.
• Engage in customer communications, bidding, and negotiations for regional projects.
• Support POC trials and deployments: site surveys, configuration, commissioning, testing.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions (in-person/online).
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive business growth.
• Participate in IPD process and drive product optimization from field perspectives.
