Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking an experienced RF Engineer III to lead advanced RF design and optimization for nationwide LTE and 5G network deployments. You will guide junior engineers and shape spectrum utilization across complex wireless networks.

You will collaborate with RAN, transport, and field teams to improve coverage, throughput, and reliability while evaluating technologies like Massive MIMO and beamforming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 5-8 years of RF engineering experience.
• Strong experience with RF design, propagation modeling, and network optimization.
• Experience with LTE and 5G NR performance engineering.
• Advanced proficiency with RF planning tools and drive test analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF design, capacity planning, and performance optimization for wireless networks.
• Conduct advanced propagation modeling and interference analysis.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve coverage, throughput, and network reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of network performance issues.
• Evaluate new technologies such as Massive MIMO, beamforming, and advanced antenna systems.
• Collaborate with RAN engineering, transport, and field deployment teams.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior RF engineers.
• Support spectrum planning and advanced network performance analysis.
