Job summary

Optimum, a leader in connectivity, seeks a Sales Engineer to provide on-site and in-house pre-sale support for complex voice, data, and video solutions. You will work with the Commercial Sales team to drive new sales and customer retention, translating technical details for customers and aligning solutions with business needs.

You will engage with Sales, Network Engineering, Provisioning, and NOC, crafting solutions, designing diagrams, and supporting post-implementation activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Telecom/Technical Sales with IP network knowledge.
• Experience with enterprise wireless, data networks, and broadband services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sale technical expertise to Sales Force.
• Participate in presentations with prospects and customers.
• Translate complex tech concepts into clear customer language.
• Assist with data/network diagrams and responses to RFIs/RFPs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
