Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions seeks a senior RAN Engineer to design, implement, optimize, and maintain Radio Access Network systems. You will lead complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure peak network performance and reliability across 4G/5G environments.

The ideal candidate has strong LTE/5G knowledge, hands-on protocol analysis experience, and a track record in lab validation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering required.
• Masters degree with 6+ years' experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in EE/CS required.
• 8-10 years of directly related experience preferred for senior level.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of RAN systems.
• Lead complex projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Analyze 4G/5G wireless protocol logs for performance issues.
• Collaborate with support, logistics, and cross-functional teams.
• Travel sporadically during projects.
