Job summary

Qualifications

• CWNA/CCNA certifications preferred.
• BSEE or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with IP networking and enterprise wireless.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sale technical expertise to Sales Force.
• Consult with Account Executives on network design and CPE.
• Present Managed WiFi, Fiber, HFC benefits to potential customers.
• Use consultative selling to grow revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Assist Sales with Visio diagrams for proposals.
• Interface with customers to gather technical requirements for Optimum services.
• Translate technical details for customers and internal teams.
• Support RPF/RFI responses with data from Optimum departments.
