Vero Networks is hiring a Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect to bridge client requirements with our fiber infrastructure capabilities. You will design high-performance network solutions for enterprise, carrier, and hyperscale accounts, while working with sales to articulate value and feasibility.

The role emphasizes consultative technical leadership, collaboration with product/engineering teams, and ongoing optimization of design patterns for faster delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions architecture, or network engineering in fiber/telecom/digital infra.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong command of end-to-end fiber network architecture, OSP/ISP design, transport tech and capacity planning.
• Ability to translate technical specs into concise customer-facing proposals.
• Excellent communication, with experience presenting to executives and clients.
• Proficiency in data manipulation/modeling (Excel/Sheets) for cost estimation/ROI.
• Experience with network design tools and GIS mapping software.
• Ability to balance multiple concurrent sales opportunities with detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Design customized fiber network solutions for high-stakes accounts; create technical proposals, diagrams, and service scopes.
• Partner with sales to provide technical pre-sales support; conduct discovery and articulate competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with OSP Engineering, Operations, and Product to validate build requirements, costs, and timelines.
• Act as a technical advisor to key accounts; present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Refine standard design patterns and streamline solution workflows to reduce time-to-market.
• Stay current on industry trends/AI/hyperscale to keep offerings competitive.
• Maintain documentation aligned with pricing models, margins, and risk controls.
