Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training for frontline staff, technicians, sales and customer service.
• Create materials, manuals, e-learning modules and job aids aligned with telecom tech.
• Lead classroom and virtual sessions to ensure knowledge retention.
• Identify performance gaps and design onboarding for new hires.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments and KPIs.
• Keep content compliant with telecom regulations and data privacy.
