RedLion Mobile is seeking a Wireless Sales Trainer for New Jersey to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that enhance the technical, sales, and customer service skills of staff. You will design materials and deliver classroom and virtual sessions, ensuring staff stay up to date with telecom products and compliance standards.

The role involves collaborating with leaders to identify training needs, evaluating training impact with KPIs, and continuously improving programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or bachelor1s degree required.
• Familiarity with telecom systems, wireless & fiber networks, broadband.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Instructional design and curriculum development skills.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) & e-learning tools.
• Data-driven approach to evaluating training impact.
• Experience delivering onboarding for frontline teams and sales staff in telecom.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate training sessions for frontline employees, technicians, sales teams, and customer service reps.
• Create training materials, manuals, e-learning modules, and job aids aligned with company standards and telecom technologies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments and KPIs, revising programs based on data and feedback.
• Ensure training content reflects current telecommunications regulations, data privacy requirements, and safety protocols.
