Job summary

RedLion Mobile is seeking a Wireless Sales Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training across the organization from New Jersey. The role supports frontline staff, technicians, sales teams and customer service with the latest telecom knowledge and compliance standards.

The position is hybrid, based in NJ or NY, with compensation up to $75,000 annually and opportunities to improve training programs through data-driven evaluation and ROI reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience delivering telecom staff training.
• Proficiency with LMS and e-learning tools.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with telecom systems and networks.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions for frontline staff, technicians, sales and customer service.
• Create training materials, manuals, e-learning modules and job aids.
• Conduct classroom and virtual training using interactive methods.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and measure impact.
• Ensure content reflects current telecom regulations and product knowledge.
