Job summary

RedLion Mobility is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to engage customers in a busy, in-person store environment and drive telecom product sales. You will recommend packages, upsell services, and work toward monthly commission targets while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires at least 1 year of front-line sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience (wireless/ telecom or retail preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
