Job summary

• Ensure training content reflects current telecommunications regulations, data privacy requirements, and safety protocols

• Partner with subject matter experts and product managers to maintain technical accuracy in materials
• Stay current with telecom trends, customer experience best practices, and learning technologies

Requirements

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree
• Familiarity with telecommunications systems, wireless and fiber networks, broadband, and related technologies
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills in both in-person and virtual settings
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
• Data-driven approach to evaluating training impact
• Experience delivering training programs, including onboarding frontline teams and training frontline retail associates and sales teams
• Experience in telecommunications training
• Experience designing training for telecom sales teams
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Certification in Training & Development (ATD, CPTD, or equivalent) preferred
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, blended learning, and microlearning methods preferred
