RedLion Mobility seeks a Retail Sales Representative for our Batesville, AR store. You will engage customers, present telecom products, and help residential clients connect to internet, mobile, TV, and voice services in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail or telecom sales, a high school diploma or GED, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. In-person customer service and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable or telecom sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• In-person store location and on-site work requirement.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecom products and services.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales and commission goals and store targets.
• Explain pricing, promotions, and packages clearly to customers.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience and build brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with team and cover nearby stores within a 35-mile radius when needed.
