Job summary

RedLion Mobile is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for our Mountain Home, AR store. You will engage customers and present telecom products and services to help residential customers connect to Internet, mobile, TV, and voice offerings.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail or telecom sales, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in person. Pay is $13/hour plus monthly commissions, with total compensation of $45,000–$70,000.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail or telecommunications sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecom products and services.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and store performance expectations.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience and build loyalty.
• Collaborate with team and support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius.
• Work in person at the assigned retail store.
