Job summary

RedLion Mobility is hiring energetic Retail Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing team. You will engage residential customers in our store locations, present telecom products and services, and help customers connect to internet, mobile, and TV packages.

You will identify needs, upsell where appropriate, and aim to meet sales goals while delivering a positive customer experience. Flexible scheduling and a 35-mile radius coverage are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, or retail sales preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related services; explain pricing and promotions clearly.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product packages; upsell and cross-sell where possible.
• Aim to meet or exceed individual and store sales and commission goals.
