Job summary

RedLion Mobility is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join our in-person team in a fast-paced retail store environment. The role emphasizes engaging customers, presenting wireless and telecom products, and hitting sales and commission targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience and a high school diploma or GED. The position offers paid training, monthly commissions, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Upsell and cross-sell to meet sales and commission goals.
• Explain pricing, promotions and product bundles clearly to customers.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience and build brand loyalty.
• Work in person at the assigned retail store location.
