Job summary

RedLion Mobility is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to join our in-person store team. You will engage customers, present telecom products, and help residential customers connect to fiber Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services.

We value experience in retail or telecom sales, and the role requires working a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Expect monthly commissions and opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing partnerships network.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications or sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and commission goals.
• Explain products, pricing and promotions clearly to customers.
