Job summary

RedLion Mobile in Louisiana is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to engage customers in our in-store environment and promote telecom services. You will present mobile, internet, cable, and TV packages, identify needs, and upsell to maximize revenue while delivering a positive customer experience.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail or telecom sales, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications sales experience.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must work in-person at the assigned store.

Responsibilities
