Job summary

RedLion Mobility is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for our Mountain Home, AR location. This in-person role focuses on engaging customers, presenting telecom services, and guiding them to the best bundles.

A strong emphasis on upselling, customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets is key. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in retail or related sales, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, telecommunications, or sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecom products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales and commission goals.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly.
