RedLion Mobile in Mountain Home, AR is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to drive in-store sales of mobile, internet, cable, and related services. You will engage customers, understand their needs, and present suitable product bundles while achieving sales goals.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail or telecommunications sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in person. Competitive pay with monthly commissions is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications or sales experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or service packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales and commission targets.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
