The role requires at least 1 year of retail or telecommunications sales, a high school diploma or GED, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Earn hourly pay plus monthly commissions with total compensation of $45,000–$70,000.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications or sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and commission targets.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
