Job summary

Hotwire Communications in Orlando is seeking a Business Development Executive to build and maintain relationships with property managers, HOAs, owners, and developers to bring new telecom products to properties. You will drive new access opportunities, qualify opportunities, and develop local partnerships to promote services.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Service Delivery to ensure a superior customer experience and accurate forecasting in SFDC, while meeting

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales role.
• Excellent business correspondence, telephone skills, and data analysis abilities.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Concur.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; reliable transportation to various locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive new access opportunities through strategic prospecting and business development activities.
• Identify and qualify property opportunities; position services as a competitive advantage.
• Prepare and submit business cases and obtain Access Agreements.
• Conduct market analysis, project plans, and sales forecasts to support market development.
• Develop local market partnerships and affiliations to promote services.
• Engage in professional sales and marketing activities to acquire new customers.
• Generate building opportunities through cold calling, referrals, partnerships, and team collaboration.
• Build and maintain relationships to deliver a great customer experience and retention.
• Maintain funnel and forecast management in SFDC; keep records current.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Service Delivery.
