Job summary

Hotwire Communications, LTD is seeking a Business Development Executive to cultivate relationships with property managers, HOAs, owners and developers to introduce telecom products and services. You will drive opportunities, qualify properties, prepare business cases and secure access agreements.

The role requires strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and ability to work across departments while maintaining detailed records in SFDC. Orlando-area travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Excellent business correspondence, telephone, research and data analysis skills.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Concur).
• Outstanding written, verbal, and telephone communication abilities.
• Reliable transportation to various locations within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Drive new access opportunities through strategic prospecting and business development activities.
• Identify and qualify property opportunities, positioning offerings as a value to properties.
• Prepare and submit business cases and obtain access agreements.
• Perform market analysis, project plans, sales forecasts and business cases.
• Develop local market partnerships and organizational affiliations.
• Execute professional sales and marketing activities to acquire new customers.
• Generate building opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and partner relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to deliver excellent customer experience and retention.
• Maintain funnel and forecast in SFDC and prepare reports as required.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Service Delivery teams.
