Job summary

Hotwire Communications Ltd in Orlando, FL is seeking a Business Development Executive to build and maintain relationships with property managers, HOAs, owners and developers to bring our telecom products to properties.

You will drive new access opportunities through strategic prospecting, qualify property opportunities, develop local partnerships, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations, while keeping SFDC records up to date and forecasting the funnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a sales role.
• Strong business correspondence and telephone skills.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis.
• Two-way communication skills (written, verbal, phone).
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Must provide own transportation to various locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive new access opportunities through strategic prospecting and business development.
• Identify and qualify property opportunities, positioning solutions as a value.
• Prepare and submit business cases and obtain access agreements.
• Perform market analysis and planning to support market development.
• Develop local market partnerships to actively promote services.
• Acquire new customers in target markets via cold calls, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build relationships to deliver excellent customer experience and retention.
• Maintain funnel and forecast in SFDC; keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments.
• Schedule tenant events and meetings with property managers.
