Job summary

Hotwire Communications in Charleston, SC is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth by establishing relationships with property managers, HOA’s, owners, and developers to bring telecom products to properties.

The role requires proactive prospecting, market analysis, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Service Delivery to ensure a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ sales experience.
• Sales experience in community, HOA, or property management.
• Strong business correspondence and research/data analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Concur.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive new access opportunities through prospecting, planning, and business development activities in their market.
• Identify and qualify property opportunities, effectively positioning Fision Work product solutions as a value, providing a property with a competitive advantage.
• Prepare and submit business cases for approval in addition to obtaining Access Agreements.
• Perform market analysis and planning to support market development.
• Develop local market partnerships and organizational affiliations to promote services.
