Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Deputy Project Leader (Telecommunications) to learn and supervise project teams on complex telecom installations. The role focuses on coordinating design, procurement, and field execution of passive and active infrastructure, ensuring design efficiency and contractual compliance.

You will support planning, budgeting, and schedule development while gaining exposure to information transport systems, security, and AV applications across diverse facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications integration or electrical contracting.
• Experience on telecom and electronic security projects ranging from $500k to $10M.
• Experience with contract drawings, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a team delivering passive and active telecommunications infrastructure (ISP/OSP paths, cabling, networking, wireless, CCTV, access control, A/V).
• Assist design and deployment of Information Transport Systems and telecom systems.
• Run day-to-day project operations and monitor change orders and cash flow.
