Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Deputy Project Leader to learn supervising and directing project teams, plan budgets, and develop comprehensive project plans.

This entry-level training position focuses on delivering complex programs, with exposure to information transport systems and telecom deployments on commercial construction projects. You will run daily project operations, monitor cash flow, manage change orders, and coordinate with owners, contractors, and design professionals to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience working on electrical or construction contractor projects.
• Experience with CPM Scheduling.
• Travel up to 15% may be required.
• Ability to read designs, blueprints, and project specs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and deployment of Information Transport Systems and telecommunications systems.
• Run day-to-day operations of a project/program or sub-section.
• Plan and monitor cash flow against expenses.
• Maintain as-built documents as work is completed.
• Plan and execute project delivery from design through close-out.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, and design professionals to resolve issues.
• Communicate with external stakeholders representing the company.
