Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. seeks a Deputy Project Leader (Telecommunications) to supervise and direct project teams, develop plans and budgets, and deliver comprehensive project estimates for complex telecom and security installations.

You will work on passive/active infrastructure, network cabling, CCTV, access control, and A/V systems. You should have a strong background in design and construction coordination, with experience in Information Transport Systems and related electrical projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a telecommunications integrator or electrical contractor
• Experience on telecom and electronic security projects from $500k to $10M
• Experience with contract drawings, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals
• Experience installing Information Transport Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering Communications and Electronic Safety and Security infrastructure
• Design and deploy Information Transport Systems and telecom systems
• Run day-to-day project operations and manage change orders
• Plan and monitor cash flow and maintain as-builts and documentation
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, and design professionals to resolve issues
