Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 9–11 years of project management experience.
• Experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or workflow modernization.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with stakeholder management ability.
• Experience with change management principles and tool adoption strategies.
• Experience in telecommunications or government environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary change agent for process modernization across teams.
• Assess current telecom service order workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Design and implement modernized processes aligned with FAA guidelines.
• Develop process maps, workflows, and future-state documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to improve project plan templates and tools.
• Work with Engineers to optimize review processes for telecom solutions.
• Evaluate tools and propose modern alternatives to improve collaboration and reporting.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and user guides for transitions.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure process effectiveness.
