Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 9–11 years of project management experience.
• Or Master’s degree and 6 years of professional experience.
• Or Associates degree with 2 additional years of relevant experience.
• Or high school diploma with 13 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in business process analysis and workflow modernization.
• Experience in telecom or government environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary change agent for process modernization with stakeholders.
• Assess current telecom service order workflows for inefficiencies and risks.
• Design and implement modernized processes aligned with best practices.
• Develop process maps and documentation for current and future states.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to improve templates, artifacts, and tools.
• Work with Engineers to optimize review processes for telecom solutions.
• Evaluate tools and recommend modern alternatives for collaboration and reporting.
• Create training materials, SOPs, and user guides for transition.
