Noblis seeks a Business Process Analyst to drive modernization of workflows, processes, and tools for telecommunications service ordering in support of the FAA. The role focuses on BNATCS delivery, reducing risk from aging tech, and improving inter-agency communications.

The ideal candidate will translate complex technical operations into clear documentation, manage stakeholder expectations, and implement change management strategies across project management and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 9-11 years of project management experience, or Master’s degree with 6 years of experience, or related combinations.
• Experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or workflow modernization within government or telecom contexts.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear documentation and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary change agent for process modernization across teams.
• Assess current telecom service order workflows and identify risks and bottlenecks.
• Design and implement modernized processes aligned with FAA guidelines.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, and training materials for transition to new processes.
• Establish KPIs to measure effectiveness of updated processes.
