Job summary

Insight Global Consulting is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead telecom client initiatives, spanning network modernization, cloud transformation, AI, and data-driven programs. You will partner with clients and internal delivery teams to drive measurable business value and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities include directing multi-workstream programs, managing budgets and KPIs, and building high-performing teams while communicating effectively with executive leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years leading complex technology programs.
• Experience with enterprise-level customer engagements and executive stakeholders.
• Strong written and spoken communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with program budgets, KPIs, forecasting, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary delivery leader for telecommunications client engagements.
• Lead multiple complex programs from initiation through delivery.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executives.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, KPIs, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify growth opportunities.
• Bridge customers, consulting leadership, and delivery teams to ensure outcomes.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams and foster accountability.
• Facilitate executive reviews, steering committees, and governance.
• Drive process improvements and scalable delivery practices.
• Support network modernization, cloud transformation, AI and automation programs.
